Intentional Facilitation
I am interestedIntentional Facilitation is a skill in leading groups where participatns really are able to learn from themselves. It is the art of asking questions, listening to what is said and not said and bring people back to the intention of what knowledge you want o impart in the calss. This class is 6 1 hour sessions and Up to 6 CEUs. Group would meet every week for six weeks. $100 per person.

Peer Program Development

Your organization wants to hire peers, but you don't know how to start. Learn from a Peer run, Peer driven organization on how to best set up a Peer Program. We will explore challenges and benefits and how to navigate these in the settings we work in.

Certified Empowerment Specialist (CES)
I am interestedThe Certified Empowerment Specialist is an advanced peer support certification designed for experienced peer professionals who want to deepen their skills and expand their impact. This training goes beyond foundational peer support, focusing on advanced techniques in empowerment, advocacy, trauma-informed engagement, and systems-level change. Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP)
I am interestedThe Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) is an evidence-based, peer-developed approach to personal wellness and recovery. This course guides participants through creating their own individualized plan for maintaining wellness, recognizing triggers, and responding to life’s challenges in ways that support self-determination and resilience.
Through shared learning and real-world application, participants explore how to use WRAP as both a personal tool and a professional framework for empowering others. Grounded in peer values of choice, hope, and self-advocacy, WRAP strengthens participants’ ability to model recovery, promote wellness, and support others on their journey toward self-defined success.

Whole Health and Resiliency
I am interestedWhole Health and Resiliency is an advanced peer support course that emphasizes the powerful connection between physical, emotional, spiritual, and social well-being. Participants learn practical tools to strengthen personal resilience, promote balance, and support others in building meaningful, self-directed wellness goals.
Through exploration of holistic practices and recovery-oriented principles, this course helps peers recognize the impact of stress, lifestyle, and mindset on overall health.
